Orders, Custom Sizing & Payments
All client orders submitted via our e-commerce checkout engine are subject to fabric supply verification and final acceptance. Prices for our premium textiles and ready-made ensembles are quoted in standard currency and exclude applicable shipping costs and duty tariffs, which are calculated at fulfillment.
Custom & Commissioned Items: Orders created to custom structural window drapes, master bedding sizes, or personalized textile dimensions cannot be amended, canceled, or returned once the chain-stitch embroidery setup process has commenced in the workshop.
Intellectual Property
All structural text content, website layout scripts, photography assets, logo configurations, and custom botanical embroidery pattern illustrations published on this site are the exclusive property of our brand. They are globally protected under trademark, copyright, and digital intellectual property regulations.
